Description
This spacious holiday home with pool on the Costa de la Luz is ideal for two families with children or a larger travel group. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (there are two sofa beds available in the living room).
The large private pool with a shady terrace is available all year round. It is only 300 meters to the long sandy beach. The house is located in a large holiday complex that has been beautifully embedded in the pine forest. The long stretch of beach over 10 kilometers to the next village borders directly on the pine forest.
In summer, many so-called chiringitos (beach bars) invite you to linger. Food is also offered at lunchtime and in the evening at sunset you can enjoy a sundowner at one of the beach bars.
The town of Conil de la Frontera is only 3 kilometers away. Day trips to Seville (120 km) or Jerez (40 km) are ideal. Also visit the "white village" Vejer de la Frontera (12 km)
Numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A car is strongly recommended.

Prices / Conditions
The listed prices apply to an occupancy of up to 8 people. Each additional person will be charged 20 euros per day. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 10 people. There are two sofa beds in the living room for the two additional people.
January to March 125 euros / day
March to May 150 euros / day
June to August 200 euros / day
September to October 160 euros / day
November to December 125 euros / day
The final cleaning is 125 euros. You can also book a bread service, towel packages and an airport transfer in the booking form.
A deposit of 20 % is required upon booking. The balance is then to be paid prior to your arrival.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 61 days before the agreed arrival date.
After that, cancellations
– up to 60 days before arrival 40 % of the rental price
– up to 30 days before arrival 60 % of the rental price
– from the 29th day before arrival 80 % of the rental price
Calculated if the house could not be rented to other guests.
Check in / out
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, you should check out by 11 a.m. Contact us if these times do not suit you. We'll definitely find a solution.

Nice relaxing holiday
The first time in a holiday home instead of in a hotel and we will always do it that way from now on. Nearby there are very nice destinations such as Conil de la Frontera or Vejer and a little further Jerez and Seville. But why wander into the distance when you are in front of the front door in about 300 meters has the long sandy beach. Everyone was totally enthusiastic about the immediate surroundings and the house.

We were in August with two families in the house and we are really excited. The proximity to the beach (300 meters) and the private pool with the beautiful terrace cannot be beat. There are also extremely comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We felt very comfortable and will be back next year.
